Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Historical Collection Chess (the “App”) published by Historical Collection Information Technology L.L.C. (“Historical Collection”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or any part of it, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, artwork, animations, audio, software code, trademarks, and all related content, is owned by Historical Collection or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
User Responsibilities
When using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws;
- Not interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or other users’ experience;
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or data;
- Not use cheats, automation, or exploits that undermine fair play or App integrity; and
- Not use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
In-App Purchases
Certain features or content may be available through in-app purchases processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. All such purchases are subject to the respective platform’s terms and billing policies. Pricing, taxes, and payment handling are managed by the platform provider.
Availability
We aim to keep the App available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The App may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time, in whole or in part, with or without notice.
Features, content, and device compatibility may vary by region, platform, and App version.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Historical Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
