This Refund Policy applies to Historical Collection games published by Historical Collection Information Technology L.L.C., including Historical Collection Chess and Historical Collection Backgammon (collectively, the “Apps”). How refunds are handled depends on where you made your purchase.
Apple App Store Purchases
If you purchased an App or made an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store, all billing and refund requests are processed by Apple in accordance with Apple’s terms and policies.
To request a refund for an App Store purchase, visit Apple’s support resources or report a problem through your Apple ID purchase history. Historical Collection does not control Apple’s refund decisions or timelines.
Google Play Purchases
If you purchased an App or made an in-app purchase through Google Play, refunds are handled by Google in accordance with Google Play’s terms and refund policies.
To request a refund, use the Google Play purchase history or Google Play support channels. Refund eligibility and processing are determined by Google.
Direct Purchases
If we introduce direct purchases outside of app stores in the future, those transactions will be subject to the refund terms disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
